I know Lockdown has you bored and ready to complete all the challenges you've ever been nominated for on insta (#UKINADAY included), but I thought I'd change things up a bit for Wellbeing Wednedsay and introduce some competition 😎

Shef Uni AC is challenging YOU to complete as many reps of a different exercise in 30 seconds each week.

Each rep = 1 point. The names and points are shown in the league table and added up over the course of the campaign. The member with the most points at the end of the 4 weeks will win some serious bragging rights, in addition to some Sheffield Merch!
